We’re on a mission to empower our people – encouraging them to ask the right questions, curate and connect relevant data, assess its quality and reliability, and apply that knowledge effectively.

We’re on a mission to empower our people – encouraging them to ask the right questions, curate and connect relevant data, assess its quality and reliability, and apply that knowledge effectively.
Supporting organisational needs by providing practical learning and professional certifications to data subject matter experts. This consists of three apprenticeship programmes - level 3 ‘data technician’, level 4 ‘data analyst’ or level 6 ‘data scientist’.
Changing our fundamental thinking by focusing on recognised data literacy learning pathways for key roles such as data stewards, managers, owners or more technical roles (data science, engineering and architectural).
Promoting self-serve success by offering individualised digital learning for all Ageas functions and work levels. Creating an inclusive culture of data understanding, encouraging and empowering better data decisions by all.
