We have great people everywhere at Ageas – and we love to celebrate it. We have two award schemes that enable us to recognise our colleagues and show our appreciation for the brilliant things they do every day.

Ageas Stars
Our annual award scheme which recognises our people across five categories – with up to three winners per category scooping £1,000 and an extra five days’ holiday each.

VIP Awards
Our VIP (‘Values in Practice’) Awards recognise our people who live our values every day – whether that’s delivering excellent customer service, supporting their colleagues or coming up with innovative ideas to help grow the business.
