Our flexible benefits scheme, Ageas Choice, lets you select the benefits that are important to you – whether that’s health benefits, insurance additional holiday, or discounts.

Make time for you
With a full-time holiday entitlement of 27 days a year (plus 8 public holidays), we make sure that you make time for you. After three years’ employment, it increases to 29 days a year – and you can buy and sell holiday too.

Save for your future
We firmly believe in the importance of helping our employees protect their future. That’s why we established a Group Personal Pension Plan that all employees are eligible to join and which we contribute to.
