Application Stage

We provide application materials in various formats, such as large print or accessible digital formats. We also allow extended deadlines for completing application forms or tests to accommodate those who need extra time. Additionally, we offer assistance with the application process, including the option to complete applications via phone, to ensure everyone can apply effectively.

Interview Stage

We provide flexible scheduling by offering alternative interview times or dates to accommodate medical appointments or energy levels for those with chronic conditions. We also offer remote interviews via video or phone for candidates who may have mobility issues or difficulty travelling. Our interview locations are accessible, with features such as wheelchair access, accessible parking, and suitable restrooms. Additionally, we provide quiet rooms or less stimulating environments for candidates with sensory sensitivities, such as those on the autism spectrum. Finally, we allow extra time during interviews for candidates who may need more time to process questions or respond.

Post-Offer Stage

We are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive work environment by offering reasonable adjustments to support all employees. This includes having early discussions about any workplace adjustments that might be needed before the candidate starts, such as specialised equipment or a flexible work schedule. Additionally, we provide induction support to help new employees ease into their roles at their own pace, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive start.
