Our flexible benefits scheme, Ageas Choice, lets you select the benefits that are most important to you – from health benefits and insurance to extra holiday and discounts.

Make time for you
We provide a full-time holiday entitlement of 27 days a year (plus public holidays), increasing to 29 days after three years of employment. You can also buy and sell days as part of Ageas Choice.

We firmly believe in helping our employees protect their future. That’s why we established a Group Personal Pension Plan that all employees are eligible to join and to which we contribute.
