Kickstart your career with us!

With apprenticeships, career pathways and a track record of supporting early careers to thrive, you’ll find a place where you can belong and truly make a difference. If you’re stepping into the world of work for the first time, returning after a career break, or looking for a change in direction, you’ve come to the right place.

Nurturing talent through apprenticeships

We believe that apprenticeships are a great way to find and nurture new talent. Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes that combine work and training – so you can earn while you learn! As well as developing the key skills and technical knowledge you’ll need for your role, you may even be eligible for a professional qualification as part of the apprenticeship.

If you’re considering starting a career in insurance or want to progress in the industry, an apprenticeship is a great springboard to a successful career and professional qualification pathway.

Internships for underrepresented talent

We want to attract brilliant, diverse people, so we can continue to be a business where talent, creativity and innovation thrive. We’ve partnered with the 10,000 Interns Foundation, which champions underrepresented talent by promoting equity of opportunity and offering access to paid internships across a wide range of industries, as well as world-class training and development.
