We provide a full-time holiday entitlement of 27 days a year (plus public holidays), increasing to 29 days after three years of employment. You can also buy and sell days as part of Ageas Choice.


As an employer whose core business is about protecting people, we believe in the importance of helping you protect your future. That’s why we established a Group Personal Pension Plan that all employees are eligible to join and to which we contribute.

Life Insurance

We provide comprehensive life cover of four times your salary to help you protect your loved ones should the worst happen. You can also increase the cover at your own cost through our flexible benefits scheme, and add life assurance for your spouse or partner too.

Flexible Benefits

Our flexible benefits scheme, Ageas Choice, lets you select the benefits that are important to you. You can choose things like a health cash plan, additional life insurance cover, critical illness cover, dental insurance, health assessments, additional holiday, cycle scheme and a Kid's Pass.

Private Medical Insurance

Depending on your role grade, you may also be eligible for our Private Medical Insurance scheme.
